CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Recognition ID is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are either currently in stock or will be manufactured in our agreed timeframe, and that pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Recognition ID ships goods Australia wide and internationally.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Orders are generally despatched in ten business days from our factory. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-4 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
REFUND POLICY
Recognition ID will replace without charge if the goods purchased were faulty when they were despatched. Prior to replacement faulty goods should be returned with proof of payment. Recognition ID will meet costs associated with postage for faulty goods. All goods carry a two year warranty.
